It looks like I won’t be able to do custom chipboard trays for the cards as the max size for the chipboard slugs is too small to accommodate all the cards. So I’m going with a player mat instead. Here’s what I’ve come up with for the mat, and a version showing some sample cards on it. I’m a fan of taking player mats and cutting out the card/dice areas and mounting the parts to various levels of foam core to create wells, so I’ll likely do the same with my own set when ordered.
