I had some leftover blue/white thermo color change filament so I tried printing out the Blue Lion’s blue parts. As you can see all the parts had some layer adhesion issues resulting in horizontal cracks. I tried test fitting the parts and the ball for the neck joint just fell right off, the when trying to remove the ball from the socket, the upper jaw broke right along one of those cracks. 🙁
It was a test to see if that material would work anyway and now I know it won’t. (Not the first large print with that material to have layer issues)
