For the Dice I’ve come up with a 3 symbol system. With a balanced die you get 2 Skulls for attacking, 2 shields for armor, and 2 stars for skill rolls.
What do you think about having “weighted” die for specific characters or mechs? Like one pilot uses the “Aggro set” which would have 3 skulls, 2 shields, and 1 star; and another might have the “Cautious set” with 3 shields, 2 stars, and 1 skull; and another might have the “Crafty set” with 3 stars, 2 skulls, and 1 shield.
Or for advanced rules, players could mix and match choosing what dice they want prior to the game but then they have to keep those dice throughout the whole game.
Could put an interesting strategic spin on things if I had a low ATT weapon but I used my Aggro dice, I’d have a better chance of successfully attacking. OR the systems themselves could dictate which dice you should use…
