did a solo match of Razor vs UltraV. This time I omitted the regeneration mechanic completely and it felt a lot better. Like damage meant something. It sucked a bit for Razor though, she had a lot of potential but when she started taking damage it went south quickly. I think I’m going to create a “Power Station” game piece that will let Rollers recharge if they start their turn on it. It will also provide something for units to fight over or defend.
Also, I think that UltraV’s Ultra Kick ability is pretty awesome but I’m going to remove the +5EN requirement to activate the kick. For Roxie’s Honed Reflex ability I’m going to drop her +3 to init to +1 other wise it’s broken and she always goes first every time it feels.
For McBLAM’s Nuclear Core ability, I’m going to make that contingent on a skill roll available at the start of each turn.
