Now that all game elements have been rendered in 3D I can use the assets for Rulebook illustrations 😀

I just priced out the game on The Game Crafter using placeholders for cards and mats. The current cost is at $56 I’ll have to come up with some size estimates for puzzle fit elements instead of the cards and mats to see the price difference.

In the Game Maker’s Lab group it was suggested I do all the cards/parts in custom cut chip board like puzzle tiles. I’m sure that would ramp up the cost but is that something worth exploring? Would you prefer puzzle tiles over the cards and mats if it pushed the box price up?

It looks like I won’t be able to do custom chipboard trays for the cards as the max size for the chipboard slugs is too small to accommodate all the cards. So I’m going with a player mat instead. Here’s what I’ve come up with for the mat, and a version showing some sample cards …
